Once you upload selfies, our unique AI imaging model recreates you in your chosen style within an hour. Our models are fine-tuned by top photographers, and every result is hand-reviewed by our photographers before they get to you.
How long does the process take?
We take up to 48 hours depending on your package to deliver initial headshots, and then edits through our AI Editing Studio may take a few additional hours.
How do we pick our style?
Upon making your team, you have the option to select from over 10 pre-made, consistent styles. If you're ordering for 20+ members, get in touch with our team and our artists will assist with a bespoke style just for you - consistent with your brand identity.
How does the credit system work?
You can purchase credits for team members from your team portal, and then invite them whenever you like. Credits are "used" once the member has been invited and their images start generating. If you face any issues, let us know!
Can I receive a sample before adding my team?
Upon making your team, you have the option to select from over 10 pre-made, consistent styles. If you're ordering for 20+ members, get in touch with our team and our artists will assist with a bespoke style just for you - consistent with your brand identity. Can I receive a sample before adding my team?
Can I delete my data?
Your team's uploaded photos get permanently deleted within 30 days of delivery & approval. If you need to delete them sooner, contact our team us at support@studioshot.ai
